The Turkish president and his Congolese counterpart on Friday discussed bilateral ties in a phone call, according to Türkiye's Communications Directorate.
Türkiye's Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Felix Tshisekedi also discussed regional and global issues during the call, the directorate said in a statement.
