The Turkish president met with the Belgian queen in the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul, the Turkish Presidency said on Monday.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Queen Mathilde of Belgium held a closed-door meeting at Vahdettin Mansion, the statement noted.
Turkish first lady Emine Erdoğan was also present at the gathering.
