Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Friday with Gen. Saddam Haftar, deputy commander of the Libyan National Army, the government said.
According to a Foreign Ministry statement posted on the US social media company X, Fidan met with Haftar in the Turkish capital Ankara.
