President Joe Biden told a Democratic rally Saturday that next week's midterm election will be a "defining" moment for the fate of US democracy.
"Democracy is literally on the ballot. This is a defining moment for the nation and we all, we all must speak with one voice," Biden said in Philadelphia, where he was supporting Democratic candidates for crucial Pennsylvania governor's and Senate races.
