Erdoğan, Putin discuss bilateral ties, Syria issue over phone
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Thursday. Erdoğan and Putin discussed bilateral political, economic, military and cultural relationships between Turkey and Russia over the phone.
