Vespasianus Titus Tunnel attracts tourists from all over world
The Vespasianus Titus Tunnel built during the Roman period is located within the boundaries of the ancient city of Seleuceia Pieria situated in Samandaği district near Hatay, eastern Mediterenian city of Turkey.
The ancient city as a whole includes Water Canals, a water bridge carved into the rock, adjacent tunnels and caves such as beşikli where visitors can find graves of 12 Roman emperors and old public buildings.
The Titus Tunnel is one of the most enchanting remains found in the area with its well preserved authenticity, architectural and engineering features.
