Police in the U.S. state of Florida have said that there have been "multiple fatalities" after a workplace shooting in Orlando. The Orange County Sheriff's Department tweeted Monday that deputies were at a "shooting scene that has stabilized" with the situation "contained."
The incident occurred in an industrial area on Forsyth Road, the sheriff's office said.
Orlando was the scene of a massacre on June 12, 2016, when a gunman vowing allegiance to Daesh killed 49 people in a gay nightclub.
