EU President Donald Tusk expressed disapointment Friday at British Prime Minister Theresa May's offer on the rights of European citizens after Brexit, saying it could leave them worse off.
"My first impression is the UK offer is below our expectations and this risks worsening the situation of our citizens in the UK," Tusk told a news conference after a Brussels summit.
