Russian envoy to United States says diplomat expulsions "wrongful" - RIA

Russia's ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, said on Monday that a U.S. decision to expel Russian diplomats was "wrongful" and was destroying what little remained of U.S.-Russian ties, RIA news agency reported.
Commenting on possible Russian retaliation, Antonov said Moscow's response would be commensurate, and that the United States only understood strength, RIA quoted him as saying.
