Israeli forces opened fire on four Palestinians near border of the Gaza Strip on Saturday, according to the Israeli military.
The four were spotted while crossing a security fence on Gaza border and set a tyre on fire, army spokesman Avichay Adraee said in a statement.
He said Israeli forces opened fire on the four suspects, who escaped toward the Gaza Strip.
According to an Anadolu Agency reporter in Gaza, the four burned a post of Israeli snipers near Gaza border and returned back to the strip.
No injuries were reported.
Since March 30, more than 115 Palestinians have been killed and thousands injured by Israeli gunfire during anti-occupation rallies along Gaza border.
The protesters demand their return to their homes in historical Palestine from which they were driven in 1948 to make way for the new state of Israel.
