Erdoğan condoles with Kuwaiti emir over sister’s demise

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Tuesday held a phone conversation with Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, according to presidential sources.

Erdoğan offered his condolences to the Kuwaiti leader over his sister Shaikha Fariha al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah's demise, said the sources on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to the media.

The two leaders also discussed bilateral and regional issues, and affirmed their determination to further strengthen bilateral ties.
