Trump says US, China in close contact on coronavirus outbreak
President Donald Trump on Monday said the United States was offering to help China in combatting the spread of a virus that has sparked fears of global contagion. "We are in very close communication with China concerning the virus," Trump tweeted.

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday the United States and China were in close contact regarding the newly identified coronavirus outbreak, which has infected thousands in more than 10 countries and killed at least 81.
"We are in very close communication with China concerning the virus. Very few cases reported in USA, but strongly on watch. We have offered China and President Xi any help that is necessary. Our experts are extraordinary!" Trump wrote in a post on Twitter.
