Turkey rescues 73 irregular migrants in Aegean Sea

Turkish coast guard units rescued 73 irregular migrants on Thursday after they were pushed back by Greek authorities in the Aegean Sea.
Forty migrants in Çanakkale province, 25 in Datça, Muğla province and eight in Izmir were rescued off Turkey's Aegean coast, according to information obtained from authorities.
They were referred to the provincial migration office.
