UK PM Johnson appoints Liz Truss as new foreign minister

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed Liz Truss as foreign minister on Wednesday, replacing Dominic Raab, who was moved after he went on holiday in Crete as the Taliban advanced on Kabul last month.
Truss will remain minister for women and equalities, Johnson's office said on Wednesday.
