Turkish, French top diplomats discuss Afghanistan issue and bilateral ties over phone

Turkey's foreign minister spoke over the phone with his French counterpart and discussed developments in Afghanistan, according to a Turkish diplomatic source on Friday.
Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Jean-Yves Le Drian also discussed bilateral relations and other regional issues, the source said.
