Iran foresees nuclear talks with world powers resuming by early November
"The government of (President) Ebrahim Raisi has been in power for less than 55 days... I don't think that the (return to talks) will take as much as 90 days," Saeed Khatibzadeh -- the foreign ministry spokesman -- said in a statement.

The talks in Vienna have been stalled since June.
