French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Berlin Tuesday for talks with the leaders of Germany and Poland on the Ukraine crisis, after a round of shuttle diplomacy between Moscow and Kyiv.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, who himself just returned from a visit to Washington dominated by the Ukraine tensions, is hosting the meeting with Macron and Polish President Andrzej Duda in a bid to present a united front.
