Tulsa gunman blamed doctor for pain from surgery: police chief

The gunman of the Tulsa medical clinic shooting came to the hospital with the intention of killing a doctor whom he blamed for pain after a back surgery, Tulsa's police chief said on Thursday.
He purchased an AR-style rifle on the day of the shooting, he added.
He also said that the gunman was identified as Michael Lewis, adding that the four victims of the incident were two doctors and two other people.
