The vessels can exit Ukrainian ports via "humanitarian corridors", Russian news agencies cited the Russian Defence Ministry as saying on Thursday, adding that it is ready to give a guarantee for the safety of these vessels.
Russia will not use the humanitarian situation in Ukraine for purposes of its "special military operation", it added.
The ministry also said that Ukraine is still responsible for demining its ports in the Black Sea.
