Zelensky says he believes all EU members will support Ukraine's candidate status

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Wednesday that he believes that all 27 members of the European Union will support the EU candidate status for his country.
"I do believe that all 27 European Union countries will support our candidate status," Zelensky said, speaking via a video link with students at the Munk School of Global Affairs&Public Policy in Toronto.
"This is like going into the light from the darkness," he added.
