Türkiye's defense and intelligence chiefs traveled to Russia on Wednesday.
National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and Hakan Fidan, head of Türkiye's National Intelligence Organization (MIT), will hold multiple meetings in the capital Moscow, according to diplomatic sources.
