Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in Minsk on Thursday that Moscow would do all it could to "sober up" colleagues from the European Union and NATO, after a lengthy statement restating Russia's allegation that the West was using Ukraine to create a direct threat to Russia's vital interests.
