MI6 spy chief: Putin 'clearly under pressure', his grip on power is weakening
Richard Moore, the head of MI6, made the comments in a speech at the British Institute of Security and Counter-Terrorism in London. He said that the Wagner Group's mutiny attempt was a sign that Putin was "under pressure" and that "his grip on power is weakening."

The head of Britain's MI6 foreign spy service said the Wagner group's mutiny attempt in June showed Russian President Vladimir Putin was under pressure, adding he was optimistic about Ukraine's counter offensive.
"He's clearly under pressure," Richard Moore, chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, said of Putin.
