The Er-Rimal district in Gaza, often considered one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods, has been devastated by Israeli airstrikes. These attacks have turned homes, buildings, and infrastructure into piles of rubble and twisted metal.
Residents who returned to assess the damage were shocked and saddened by the extent of destruction.
Israeli warplanes targeted not only residential structures but also public buildings, ministries, service facilities, mosques, and schools throughout the day. Many homes that weren't entirely destroyed are now uninhabitable due to the severe damage they suffered.
As a result of these attacks, families in the neighbourhood have had to flee to other areas. Some families left their homes after the Israeli military instructed them to evacuate immediately. The Er-Rimal district in Gaza has borne the brunt of these devastating airstrikes.
