Palestinian sources and eyewitnesses have reported that the Israeli army targeted the vicinity of Rafah. Consequently, trucks carrying essential supplies, including fuel, waiting at the Rafah Border Gate to aid Gaza, had to withdraw from the area.

The Israeli Army Spokesperson has stated that they will provide further information on this matter at a later time.

Furthermore, Israel-based Channel 12 television reported on social media that Tel Aviv had conveyed a message to Egypt, warning that if they supply Gaza, Israel would target the trucks.

Egyptian officials at the Rafah Border Gate have also warned about the possibility of an Israeli attack and have requested that Palestinian personnel evacuate the border gate.
