Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is predicting renewed Russian attacks on the country's infrastructure similar to those endured last winter.
Zelensky pointed to Russian attacks on Kherson in the south of the country that caused electricity and water supplies to fail temporarily on Sunday.
"We have to be clear that there will be further Russian attacks with winter approaching," he said in his daily video address. "We have to be prepared."
