UK's Foreign Secretary James Cleverly will visit Türkiye on Oct. 20-21, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
"Within the framework of the visit, the latest developments in the context of Israel-Palestine will be discussed," it added.
Cleverly is traveling "to help prevent the spread of conflict across the region," according to the UK foreign office.
Israel launched non-stop airstrikes on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by Hamas on Israeli border towns on Oct. 7.
At least 3,785 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks, while the figure stands at more than 1,400 people in Israel, according to officials.
Gaza is experiencing a dire humanitarian crisis, with no electricity, while water, food, fuel, and medical supplies are running out.
