The NATO Accession Protocol of Sweden was signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and has been transmitted to the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
The Directorate of Communications said via social media post: "Sweden's NATO Accession Protocol was signed by our President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on October 23, 2023, and forwarded to the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye."
