News agencies of 5 Turkic nations form joint news platform 'ATNA'

News agencies from five Turkic nations on Monday announced the formation of a joint platform to increase cooperation in news gathering and disseminating accurate information to the public.
The decision to form the Association of Turkic News Agencies (ATNA) was made during a meeting in Istanbul of top officials from news agencies in Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.
President & CEO of Anadolu Serdar Karagöz, Azerbaijan State News Agency (AZERTAC) Board Chairman Vugar Aliyev, Kyrgyz National News Agency (Kabar) Director-General Mederbek Shermetaliev, Kazakh news agency Qazcontent's Board Chairman Bekzat Zhussupov, Uzbekistan National News Agency (UZA) Director-General Abdisait Kuchimov signed document to official form the joint media platform.
