Two members of Russian military barred from U.S. over alleged rights violations

The U.S. State Department said on Monday it was barring two members of the Russian armed forces from entering the U.S. for their alleged involvement in human rights violations in Ukraine.
Russian Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Russian Guard Corporal Daniil Frolkin allegedly committed extrajudicial killings of unarmed Ukrainian civilians in the Ukraine town of Andriivka, the State Department said.
