U.S. trying to meddle in Russian election - spy chief

President Vladimir Putin's foreign intelligence chief said on Monday that the United States was trying to meddle in Russia's presidential election and that Washington even had plans to launch a cyber attack on the remote voting system.
The remarks by Sergei Naryshkin, the head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), were reported by state media.
