Russia to remove Taliban from its list of terrorist organisations

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that Russia was working on removing Afghanistan's Taliban from its list of banned terrorist organisations.
Peskov, in reply to a reporter's question, said Russia talks to the Taliban because it is the de facto authority in Afghanistan.
