Russia's TASS news agency said the Ukrainian military launched a strike late on Friday and triggered a fire by an oil storage depot in Ukraine's occupied Luhansk region.
Ukrainian bloggers and Telegram channels said the depot in the town of Rovenky was hit and posted pictures of a large blaze.
