North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said Wednesday that a strategic partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang would advance "peace and stability", Russian agencies reported.
The treaty with Russia "fully contributes to maintaining peace and stability in the region", Russian state news agencies cited Kim as saying at a reception for President Vladimir Putin, who was in North Korea for a two-day state visit.
