A strong earthquake jolted the Vanuatu Pacific island nation on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
It said a 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit 51 kilometers (31.6 miles) northeast of the Port-Olry village on the island of Espiritu Santo in the Sanma province of the island nation.
The earthquake was reported at around 0803GMT.
