Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke to Iranian president-elect Masoud Pezeshkian by phone, Russian news agencies cited the Kremlin's press service as saying on Monday.
State news agency TASS cited the Kremlin as saying that the two leaders had agreed on making "personal contact" this year.
