3 killed as civilian plane crashes in Russia

A light-engine civilian plane crashed on Wednesday in Russia's Tatarstan region, killing three people.
The Cessna-17 sightseeing plane crashed near the village of Kamskoye Ustye close to Mount Lobach, killing two adults and a child, and injuring another person, according to the Russian state news agency TASS.
The causes and circumstances of the accident are under investigation, TASS reported.
