UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Sunday said that he could "guarantee" that far-right rioters would "regret" participating in violent disturbances that have spread across England in recent days.
"We will do whatever it takes to bring these thugs to justice," Starmer said as he addressed the nation on the fifth day of skirmishes between protesters and police.
