Ukraine's parliament voted on Thursday to accept the resignation of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, a lawmaker said.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy ordered a major government reshuffle, saying Ukraine needs "new energy" at a crucial juncture in the war against Russia.
