NATO does not see any imminent threat of Russian nuclear weapons being used, the alliance's new Secretary-General Mark Rutte said on Tuesday.

Rutte said NATO countries should not give in to Russian President Vladimir Putin's frequent threats on the possible use of nuclear weapons, as he said that would set a dangerous precedent.
