Russian forces capture Vuhledar in eastern Ukraine, war bloggers say

Russian troops have taken the whole of the town of Vuhledar in eastern Ukraine, the SHOT Telegram channel and pro-Russian war bloggers said.
Reuters could not independently confirm those reports.
On Tuesday a regional Ukrainian official said Russian troops had reached the town's centre.
