German Intelligence Chief: Russia may threaten NATO by decade's end

Germany's foreign intelligence chief, Bruno Kahl, warned on Monday that Russian forces could be ready to launch an attack on NATO territory by the end of the decade. He made the statement during a parliamentary committee meeting in Berlin.

Russian forces will be in a position to attack NATO territory by the end of this decade at the latest, the head of Germany's foreign intelligence service said on Monday.

"Russian forces should be in a position to launch an attack on NATO by the end of this decade at the latest," Bruno Kahl told a parliamentary committee in Berlin.
