At least four people died in Russia's overnight bombing of Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkiv, the mayor of Kharkiv said on Tuesday.
The four were killed after midnight on Tuesday in Russia's bombardment of Kharkiv's Osnovianskyi district, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said on his Telegram messaging channel.
