At least 45,259 Palestinians have been killed and 107,627 wounded in Israel's military offensive on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023, the Gaza health ministry announced on Sunday.

The health ministry in the war-torn Gaza Strip said on Sunday that at least 45,259 people have been killed during more than 14 months of war between Israel and the Palestinian resistance movements.
The toll includes 32 deaths in the previous 24 hours, according to the ministry, which said 107,627 people have been wounded in the Gaza Strip since the war began when Hamas-led fighters attacked Israel on October 7, 2023.
