Ukrainian air defences shot down 51 out of 92 drones launched by Russia in overnight attacks on Ukraine on Saturday, the Ukrainian air force said.
It said in a statement that 31 other Russian drones were "lost", a reference to the military using electronic warfare to intercept or block them. Damage was recorded in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, it said.
