U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that China and Vietnam were meeting to figure out how to harm the United States, but that he didn't blame them for such discussions.
"I don't blame China; I don't blame Vietnam," Trump told reporters in the White House's Oval Office. "I see they're meeting today... that's a lovely meeting. Meeting like, trying to figure out, 'how do we screw the United States of America'."
