Ukraine's Zelensky says intelligence shows more Russian attacks to come

As Ukraine approaches the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion on February 24, Volodymyr Zelensky revealed on Monday, Feb. 16, that Moscow is stockpiling missiles for a fresh wave of infrastructure attacks.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Monday that ⁠Ukrainian intelligence ⁠showed more Russian attacks on energy targets ⁠lay ahead and that such strikes made it more difficult to reach an agreement ⁠on ⁠ending the nearly four-year war.

Zelensky, speaking in his nightly video address on the ⁠eve of new talks with Russian and U.S. officials, also said Moscow's attacks ⁠were "evolving," ‌involved ‌a combination ⁠of ‌weapons, and required special defences.
