Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Azerbaijan on Saturday to meet his counterpart Ilham Aliyev, state news agency Ukrinform reported, citing his press secretary Serhiy Nikiforov.
Further details were not immediately available.
It follows Zelenskyy's trip to Saudi Arabia, where he met Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Zelenskyy said on US social media platform X that a "strategic security arrangement" between the two countries is being "actively" developed across three key areas: the export of Ukrainian security expertise and capabilities in air defense, energy cooperation and food security.
