Russia is developing a satellite-based system for controlling combat drones, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday during a meeting with military officials, the Interfax news agency reported.
Putin said that strikes by Ukraine were damaging the Russian economy, but "everything is recovering quickly", the state news agency TASS reported.
Putin said Russia would respond by stepping up the number of strikes on Ukraine.
