Eleven people killed in plane crash in northeastern France

A plane crash in the northeastern French town of Tomblaine on Sunday left 11 people dead, according to the local prefecture. The aircraft belonged to a local skydiving school; the pilot and all 10 passengers on board—consisting of five students and five instructors—perished in the accident.
